Christian Bak's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Christian worked as the Head of Cyber Security Operations Center at Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse starting in April 2020. Prior to that, they served as an IT Team Lead/Project Manager at the same company from March 2017 to April 2020.

Before joining Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse, Christian worked as a Management Consultant at Abilon Search & Management® from February 2016 to April 2017. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and organizational development, managing their own client portfolio.

Christian Bak completed their Bachelor's Degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from the Royal Danish Defence College in 2008-2011. Christian then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Aarhus University from 2014-2019. In 2017-2018, Christian undertook a Military and Strategic Leadership program at the Royal Danish Defence College. Additionally, they obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation Level and PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training in 2017. Prior to their higher education, Christian studied Business at Viborg Handelsskole from 2000-2003.
