Katie Chan is a seasoned professional in immigration law with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Immigration Paralegal at Minami Tamaki since September 2011, Katie manages high-volume immigration cases and client accounts. Previous roles include Immigration Paralegal at Cornerstone Law Group, where a variety of employment-based petitions were prepared, and Legal Assistant at Simmons & Ungar LLP, which involved preparing both family-based and employment-based immigration petitions. Earlier career experience includes supervisory roles and administrative responsibilities at Intrax International Institute and TMP Worldwide, as well as teaching English in Japan through the JET program. Katie holds a BA in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara, completed an Education Abroad Program at Peking University, and earned a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from City College of San Francisco.
