Pam Taylor is currently the Services Director & Nutrition at MILESTONES AREA AGENCY ON AGING. Prior to this, they were the Nutrition Director at Southeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging, Inc. from January 1999 to June 2013. In this role, Pam managed, supervised and scheduled 20 staff in a senior nutrition program, negotiated with clients, vendors and subcontractors, prepared and monitored annual budget, participated with co-workers in development of annual area service plans, established, trained and oversaw electronic billing for Medicaid meals, collected and reported data to state, reviewed time sheets for payroll, gathered nutrition education materials for distribution to meal site staff, prepared and analyzed menus to meet state guidelines, sought to minimize risks by staff and volunteers, managed volunteer program for meal assistance and delivery, and troubleshooted equipment failures and arranged for repairs.

Prior to their time at Southeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging, Pam was the Administrator at Home Caring Services, Inc. from July 1987 to December 1996. Before that, they were with the Job Training Partnership at Southeastern Community College (Iowa) from September 1985 to July 1987.

Pam Taylor has a Bachelor of Science in Family Environment/Consumer Sciences from Iowa State University.
