Richie Wilim is a seasoned professional in the field of culinary arts and student nutrition services with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the Director of Student Nutrition Services at Redwood City School District since April 2024, Richie focuses on enhancing meal quality by connecting with local purveyors. Previously, Richie held roles as the Assistant Director of Student Nutrition and Culinary Manager at Vacaville Unified School District from November 2020 to April 2024, overseeing food programs and operations. As an Executive Chef and Regional Business Manager at RATIONAL AG from November 2017 to November 2020, Richie contributed to the growth of culinary practices in Northern California. Richie's diverse experience includes various chef positions at notable establishments such as Square, Precita Park Cafe, UNOX SpA, Crate and Barrel, and YK Food Design.
