Bradley Petway is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Director of Nutrition Services at Bayside Marin Treatment Center since December 2021. With a diverse background in the culinary industry, Bradley has held various leadership roles, including Executive Chef at Rosa Mexicano Restaurants, Head Chef at Belcampo Group, Inc., and Executive Kitchen Manager at The Cheesecake Factory. Additional experience includes positions at notable establishments such as The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa and McCormick & Schmick's. Bradley's educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and Associate Degrees in Business Administration and Culinary Arts from College of Marin and Orange Coast College, respectively.
