Stephanie Roucal has a diverse work experience in various industries. Stephanie started their career as a Formulation Chemistry Technician at SEPPIC - Air Liquide, where they focused on restarting the Compression activity of the Laboratory Pharmaceutical Applications - Dry Formulations. Stephanie then joined Plastic Omnium as a Technical Assistant Coatings, where they evaluated automotive coating systems and optimized the process to improve quality and productivity. After that, Stephanie worked at Huntsman Performance Products as an Application Scientist in Agrochemicals, where they were involved in the manufacturing of chemical products and their applications in agrochemicals, home detergents, and personal care products. Stephanie then transitioned to Innospec Inc. as an Application Scientist, where they supported new product introductions and provided technical training to sales teams and distributors. Currently, Stephanie is working as a Platform Lead Stability & Delivery at Micropep Technologies, an innovative biotechnology company focused on developing biologic inputs for agriculture. Stephanie'srole involves developing and delivering stable platforms for gene regulation in plants.

Stephanie Roucal completed their education with a Master's degree in Polymer Science from ITECH LYON, where they specialized in Formulation Chemistry. Prior to that, they obtained a Professional Bachelor's degree through an apprenticeship program at Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, also focusing on Formulation Chemistry. Stephanie had previously pursued a DUT (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) or HND (Higher National Diploma) equivalent degree in Chemistry with an option in Quality at Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
