Erik Pricker is a Supply Chain Manager at Avebe, where the professional has been employed since March 2011, also serving as a Sales & Operations Planner. Erik conducted a Master Thesis Research internship at University Medical Hospital Groningen from February 2010 to January 2011, focusing on the allocation of elective and emergency patients to operating rooms through discrete-event simulation. Additionally, Erik completed a Bachelor Thesis Research internship at the same institution in 2009, studying the costs associated with cardiac resynchronization devices for chronic heart failure patients, with findings published in the Nieuwe Multidisciplinaire Richtlijn Hartfalen 2010.
