James Mingyu Ni currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of EcoCeres, Inc., a position held since April 2024, where responsibilities include executing business strategies for growth, expanding into new markets, fostering partnerships, and developing internal systems and proprietary technologies. Prior to this role, James was Senior Vice President of Latex Binders at Trinseo from June 2010 to March 2024, leading the business to align with corporate objectives and drive results. Earlier in James's career at The Dow Chemical Company, several leadership positions were held, including Managing Director for Asia Pacific and Asia Pacific Sales Director for Dow Emulsion Polymers. James holds an MBA in Business Management Consulting from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
