Thabiet Hartley possesses extensive experience in technical support and telecommunications, currently serving as Support Centre Supervisor at Metacom since August 2020, following roles as Technical Support Representative (2nd Line), Support Center Representative (1st Line), and Special Support Projects Agent. Prior to Metacom, Thabiet worked at Openserve as a Telecommunication Technician and held the position of Field Support Engineer at EOH. Thabiet began a professional career at CBAGroup as an Equipment Administrator. In terms of education, Thabiet completed a degree in Generic Management & Business Administration at Sakhisiwe in 2022 and achieved a Grade 12 certification from Hoerskool Groote Schuur in 2012.
