Darren Umraw BSc, MSc, MBA, PMP is a seasoned professional in process and project engineering with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Massy Wood Group Ltd. since March 2023, Darren previously held similar positions at Heritage Petroleum Limited and EOG Resources. At Shell from 2014 to 2021, Darren managed EPC contracts, providing comprehensive process engineering support and guiding significant projects that enhanced operational efficiency while minimizing costs and environmental impact. As LNG Technical Manager at both Shell and Repsol, Darren implemented strategic improvements that substantially reduced CAPEX and OPEX, and maximized shareholder revenues. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals and Team Lead for Production Planning at Atlantic LNG, showcasing a strong background in leadership and technical advisory capacities. Darren holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and advanced degrees in Engineering Management and Chemical & Process Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
