Paul Overton has over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering, currently serving in multiple roles at Viper Innovations Ltd since June 2011, including Consulting Engineer, Engineering Manager, Head of Electrical & Systems Engineering, Principal Electrical Engineer, and Senior Electrical Engineer. Prior to this, Paul held positions at GE Oil & Gas from July 2005 to June 2011, advancing from Graduate Electrical Engineer to Subsea Electrical Engineering Team Leader. Paul began their career at BAE Systems between September 1997 and August 2002, working as a Technical Engineer and Electrical Apprentice. Educational background includes a BEng (Hons) in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath, complemented by BTEC HNC and ONC qualifications from Plymouth College of Further Education.
