Jeff Mogan currently holds the position of Head of Employee Relations & HR Compliance at MassMutual since December 2019, where responsibilities include building an integrated Center of Excellence and developing a comprehensive ER and HR Compliance strategy. Previously, Jeff served as a Senior Labor and Employee Relations Specialist & HR Compliance Officer at UMass Memorial Medical Center from October 2013 to December 2019, overseeing significant collective bargaining negotiations and establishing a successful Labor-Management Partnership. Earlier experience includes roles as a Labor & Employment Attorney at Berchem, Moses & Devlin, PC, and Durant, Nichols, Houston, Hodgson & Cortese-Costa, PC, where Jeff represented employers in complex bargaining and litigation related to labor and employment matters. Jeff began a legal career as a Law Clerk at the National Labor Relations Board and Bacon Wilson. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University, a J.D. in Labor & Employment Law from Western New England University School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston Honors College.
