Donna Johnson has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Purpose, Diversity & Inclusion Advisory at Truist since December 2015. Previous roles at Truist include Senior Vice President of Human Capital Enablement Partner and First Vice President positions across various functional areas such as Talent Management and HR Project Management. Prior experience includes roles at Novelis as Global HR Project Manager and at Wells Fargo as Assistant Vice President of HR Business Process Consultant, where Donna led the development and implementation of HR processes and technology solutions. Donna has also worked at American Express, Target, Dollar General, and Roche Diagnostics in various HR capacities. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wright State University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Strayer University-Maryland.
