Lisa Vilaverde currently serves as Vice President of Benefits Strategy at Marriott International, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Lisa held several significant roles at Equinox, including Vice President of Total Rewards and Senior Director of Global Benefits from August 2018 to May 2023. Experience also includes a tenure at WPP as Head of Health & Welfare, and previous roles at Time Warner Inc. as Senior Manager and Manager in Benefits. Earlier career stages featured positions at Watson Wyatt as a Senior Benefits Analyst and CIGNA Healthcare as an Underwriting Account Manager. Lisa holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Connecticut, obtained in 2001.
