Adriana Tecedor, MSHRM, currently serves as the Regional Director of Human Resources at Evolution Hospitality since July 2022. Previously, Adriana held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach & Grand Beach Hotel Surfside for a brief period from February 2022 to July 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Adriana worked as the Area Director of Human Resources at Menin Hospitality from August 2020 to February 2022, and as the Director of Human Resources at both Costa Hollywood Beach Resort and Evolution Hospitality from December 2017 to August 2020. Additional roles include Corporate Senior Human Resources Manager at Menin Hospitality, Human Resources Manager at Hilton Worldwide's Diplomat Resort & Spa and The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, as well as Complex Human Resources Coordinator and Front Desk Manager at The Westin Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale. Adriana earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University in 2016 and holds a degree in International Hotel & Restaurant Management from Endicott College.
