Francisco Alfonso Salcido Romero has extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and delivery leadership. Currently serving as Promo Mecanico at ITALIKA since October 2019, Francisco also holds the position of Delivery Lead at Domino's, specializing in safe delivery practices. Involved in recruitment and selection since February 2013 with Certa RH, responsibilities include candidate application processes, reference checks, personnel evaluations, and psychometric assessments.
