Ashley Varnado possesses a diverse background in job development, social services, and field inspection, currently serving as a USDA Field Reviewer at Manhattan Strategy Group since November 2021. Previous roles include Job Developer II at the County of Kern, where responsibilities encompassed evaluating participants for program placements and providing follow-up support, as well as experience in child support enforcement and carrying a significant caseload in social services. Additional experience includes working as a Referral Agent with World Financial Group and an independent contractor for various mystery shopping companies. Ashley earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Bakersfield, and an Associate of Arts from Bakersfield College.
