Jonathan Hyde has worked in various roles since 2008. Their first job was as a Central Station Operator for Alarm Monitoring Services. In 2009, they worked as a Database Developer for iTalent Consulting. From 2011 to 2015, they were an Inside Sales Representative for AIO Network Solutions, LLC. Jonathan then worked as an Inside Sales Professional for GXA Network Solutions from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they became a Customer Success Manager for Appsian. Their current role is Account Executive and Customer Success Manager for Pathlock, a position they have held since 2022.
Jonathan Hyde began their educational journey at Louisiana Tech University in 2001, where they studied Computer Information Systems until 2003. Jonathan then continued their studies at Louisiana Tech University from 2003 to 2005, pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Political Science. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) from Duolingo.
