Sara Pierce has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer for the Employer Market at Magellan Health since December 2011, Sara has held multiple senior positions including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Execution and Senior Vice President of Account Management. Additionally, Sara contributes as a Board Member at Journey Home, Inc. and has held key positions at MEDecision and CIGNA, including Senior Director of Strategic Accounts and Book of Business Director. Sara began a career at Arthur Andersen as a Manager after obtaining a Master's degree in Health Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development/Family Relations from the University of Connecticut.
