Kristina G. is an experienced librarian currently serving as the Community Engagement Librarian at Madison Public Library since June 2021, where Kristina produces events and classes for the community and fosters connections with local members and organizations. Prior to this role, Kristina worked at Milwaukee Public Library from May 2010 to May 2021 as the Events and Programming Librarian, coordinating adult programs across multiple branches, and held the position of Patent and Trademark Librarian. Kristina's career began at the Business Library at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, serving as a Reference Assistant and Program Coordinator. Kristina holds an M.A. in Library and Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.A. in English Literature with a minor in Classics and Religion from Carthage College.
