Nidhi Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development and Director of Business Development at CoreSphere, LLC since 2012. Prior to this role, Nidhi was a Partner at moddecor.com from 2001 to 2012, contributing to the growth of an online retail business. Nidhi's earlier experience includes positions as National Account Manager in Strategy Development at Avaya from 1998 to 2001 and at Sprint Nextel from 1995 to 1998, where responsibilities included managing strategic accounts and developing partnerships. Nidhi holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Towson University.
