Bruce Gallagher is currently working as a Quality System Coordinator at Macphie UK, where Bruce works with the Quality standards Team to maintain and review quality systems to ensure product safety and quality. Prior to this role, Bruce worked as a Quality Control Technician at Barnardo's and also served as a Retail Supervisor. Bruce graduated from Queen Margaret University with a degree in Nutrition and Food Science, specializing in Food Science.
