Ben Orora is an accomplished chef and culinary entrepreneur with extensive experience in fine dining and various culinary roles. As the founder and private chef at Chef Ben since January 2018, Ben specializes in creating exquisite dining experiences for a range of events. Expertise is further demonstrated through roles as a private chef with Gathar and Take a Chef, and as Chef De Partie at Norths Collective. Past positions include pastry chef at Hyatt Regency Sydney and The Meat & Wine Co., as well as head chef at Zucchero Caffè Bar. Ben holds multiple culinary degrees, including a Master of Science in International Hospitality Business Management from Robert Gordon University, and a Diplôme Avancé in Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Australia. Additional qualifications include a Certificate in Mixology from TAFE NSW, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in the culinary arts.
