Michael Costa is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in plant management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Lucas-Milhaupt since June 2022, Michael previously held the role of Operations Manager and CI Leader at Young Innovations, Inc. from April 2021 to June 2022. Michael's extensive experience at Lucas-Milhaupt, where tenure spanned from June 2007 to April 2021, includes various leadership positions such as Value Stream Manager, Lean Champion, and Shipping Manager. Michael's career began as a Machine Operator, responsible for setting up and operating machines.
