Thien Nguyen is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Physical Implementation Team Lead at Bosch France since August 2021, focusing on SoC for the automotive sector. Prior roles include Physical Implementation Technical Lead at Menta SAS, where responsibilities involved e-FPGA IP hardening and tool updates, and Senior Physical Designer at the same company. Thien also contributed as a Hardware SoC Architect at Sequans Communications, leading NB-IOT project developments, and as Hardware SoC Architect Team Leader at Intel Mobile Communications, overseeing cross-functional teams for product co-design. Earlier experience encompasses senior technical leadership at Infineon Technologies, where management of design teams and physical implementation for SoC projects was undertaken, alongside various roles in RTL design across multiple companies. Thien holds a Master of Science in Micro-Electronics from Polytech Sorbonne.
