Larissa Cardoso has a diverse work experience ranging from account management to project management in the CRM and marketing field. Larissa worked at DTM Marketing de Relacionamento from 2020 to 2022, where they held various roles in CRM project management. In these roles, they were responsible for analyzing client demands, collaborating with technical teams, and identifying opportunities for contract growth. Larissa also worked closely with the analytics and data science teams to track clients' KPIs and create strategic communication plans based on data. Before that, they had account management roles at Orneles Comunicação and Formato IB, where they managed and maintained relationships with clients from various industries.
