Bhavya Tugnawat currently serves as a Product Support Specialist at PAR Technology since September 2023. Previously, Bhavya worked at LoginRadius as an Application Support Engineer from May 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing cases and requests, ensuring client systems maintained operational status, and participating in SLA-based 24/7 application support projects, with a strong foundation in ITIL processes. Bhavya also completed a student internship at Internshala from May 2020 to August 2020. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Arya College of Engineering & IT, Jaipur (2017-2021), a 12th-grade degree in Science from Little Flower Convent Higher Secondary School, Manasa (2016-2017), and a 10th-grade degree from Carmel Convent School, Manasa (2014-2015).
