Sileia Chatzikonstantinou has work experience in various roles and companies. Sileia started their career as a Customer Service Intern at the National Bank of Greece in 2011. In 2018, they joined SG Digital as an Operations Support Analyst and worked there until March 2022. From March 2022 to August 2022, they worked as an Operations Support Analyst at Light & Wonder. Currently, they are employed at Light & Wonder - iGaming as an Operations Support Supervisor, starting from July 2022.

Sileia Chatzikonstantinou received a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics in Management & Finance from the Technological Educational Institute of Messolonghi from 2005 to 2011. Sileia then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from Hellenic American University from 2013 to 2015.
