Tomasz Mróz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tomasz started their career in 2002 as an Afternoon Show Presenter at Radio Wanda Złote Przeboje. In 2004, they transitioned into the role of a Project Manager at 7geo. From 2006 to 2015, they worked at XTRF™ Translation Management Systems, initially as a Sales Director and later as an Operations Director. In 2015, they joined The Software House as a New Business Development professional, where they served for five years until 2020. Currently, they are working at Startup Development House, where they are involved in Business Development for a new tech product. Throughout their career, Tomasz has gained expertise in areas such as project management, sales, and business development.

Tomasz Mróz completed their education from 1996 to 2001 at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovations.
