Rita Toscano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at LiveVox Inc. since July 2016, Rita has been instrumental in providing cloud contact center solutions. Prior to this role, Rita was the Managing Partner at Roberts Fine Apparel for Boys to Men, overseeing store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. With a strong background in technical support, Rita held various positions at MasterCard Global Payment Systems, including Manager of Special Services for Help Desk Support, where leadership of a team of twenty-six senior representatives was key. Additionally, Rita managed a high-end confections store at Karl Bissinger's French Confections and contributed to Special Services and Help Desk Support at MasterCard in earlier roles. Rita completed a General Education degree at Meramec Community College and graduated from St. Elizabeth Academy High School.
