Phillip Canada is a seasoned food scientist with significant experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Senior Food Scientist at Jack Link's Protein Snacks since December 2021, Phillip previously held key roles at West Liberty Foods from May 2014 to October 2021, including Senior Project Leader in Research and Development and Project Leader in Food Science. Additionally, Phillip's early career included a position as Assistant Student Manager at Iowa State University, where promotion to Student Supervisor occurred after eight months, managing over 25 students. An internship at The Soyfoods Council involved developing original recipes for large-scale distribution, showcased at an event for 175 attendees. Phillip holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from Iowa State University, completed in 2014.
