Randy Neatrour is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Leonardo DRS since March 2018, Randy is involved in maintaining and updating the Common Display Architecture Display Subsystem (CDADS). Prior experience includes positions at Problem Solutions, where Randy contributed to the redesign of the DoD SkillBridge web app, and the Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative, where contributions included developing proof of concepts for the Experience API (xAPI). Earlier roles at DRS Technologies focused on the design and development of user interfaces and sensor integration for situational awareness systems. Randy's career began in software engineering at MountainTop Tech, where participation as Lead Software Designer involved creating medical simulation software. Randy's background includes service as an Aviation Electrician in the United States Navy, managing complex electrical systems.
