Larry Mastromoro is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in systems engineering and management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Staff System Engineer (GNC) at Lockheed Martin, Larry has held key roles at prestigious companies such as L3Harris Technologies, where titles included Systems Engineering Scientist - Chief Engineer and Sr. System Engineering Manager. Additionally, Larry was a Sr. Systems Engineering Manager at Leonardo DRS and an Avionics IPT Engineering Manager at Bell Flight, among other positions focused on Unmanned Systems and simulation. Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Unmanned Autonomous Systems Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Larry also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Florida.
