Raj Gilda has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Raj co-founded and served as the VP of Lend A Hand India in 2003. At Citigroup, they held the position of Director from 2004 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting from 2001 to 2003. Raj also served as a Software Engineer at Mahindra BT from 1997 to 1999 and as a Manager at National Stock Exchange from 1995 to 1997.

Raj Gilda completed the Chevening Gurukul Program in Leadership at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 1999 and 2001. Raj also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
