Roy Vikovych started their work experience in 2012 as a Sales Manager at Domino-S Ukraine. In 2014, they became a Co-Founder and Sales Manager at Rower, where they handled various tasks such as searching for new business partners, managing existing customers, and brand management. Roy then joined SoftFormance in 2016, where they worked in Business Development & Marketing, focusing on building and optimizing web applications for businesses. Currently, they are the Head of Digital Business Development at Lemberg Solutions Limited, starting in 2018.

Roy Vikovych obtained a Master's Degree in Electronic Instruments and Devices from Lviv Polytechnic National University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Prior to this, they attended Lviv Physics and Mathematics Lyceum from 2006 to 2009, but did not obtain a degree. In 2016, they also completed a Business Development Course at LITS [Lviv IT School].
