Rachel M. Valencia, MBA, currently serves as a Finance and Operations Analyst at the Learning Policy Institute, a position held since March 2021. Previously, Rachel worked in human resources at SAJJ Mediterranean, where significant contributions included designing an interactive KPI dashboard and creating a bilingual employee relations handbook. Rachel gained finance experience as a Finance Assistant at CSBio Co., where procurement responsibilities and vendor relationship management were key duties, and as a Human Resources Assistant, where resume filtering and event coordination were essential tasks.
