Tiina Holappa currently serves as a Recruitment Development Planner at Lapin hyvinvointialue, focusing on talent availability and attraction through the development of recruitment processes and training. With prior experience as an HR Specialist at MPY and YIT, Tiina has supported various HR functions, including employee life cycle management, employer branding, and recruitment processes. Additional roles include a Change Security Specialist at the Employment and Economic Development Office, an HR Coordinator at Microsoft, and an HR Specialist at UPM, where responsibilities encompassed employee support, HR administration, and system development. Tiina holds a Master’s degree in Service Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Oulu.
