Natali Alush, MS, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Herman Law since August 2023 and has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Prior to this, Natali was the Vice President of Human Resources at Invicta Watch Group from November 2016 to October 2023, where key responsibilities included collaborating with executive leadership on talent management and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additional experience includes positions such as Human Resources Consultant at Noetic Creative, Manager of Human Resources and Operations at MonsterCloud, and Director of Community Affairs at the World Zionist Organization. Natali holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and various HR certifications and qualifications.
