Ralph Hage is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in operations, finance, and strategy across various industries. Currently, Ralph serves as Co-Founder and CEO of LAP Coffee since August 2023. Previously, Ralph was the CEO and Founder of Yababa from April 2021 to April 2023, and Vice President of Operations and Finance at wefox Group from April 2020 to June 2021. Additional roles include Co-founder and Board Member at NokNok, Head of Commercial Expansion at Omio, Chief Strategy Officer for MENA at Delivery Hero, and Head of Operations and Partner Management at Quandoo GmbH. Ralph began a career in finance at Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on client coverage and mergers & acquisitions, following participation in a graduate program. Ralph's career commenced at Red Bull as a Brand Manager.
