Joel Fayers is an experienced professional with a strong background in planning communications, public affairs, and campaign management. Currently serving as Head of Planning Communications and Director at Meeting Place, as well as a Board Member for LandAid, Joel has also held roles such as Parish Councillor for West Bergholt Parish Council. Previous positions include Head of East of England and Account Director at Snapdragon at PLMR, where responsibilities encompassed business planning, client management, and strategic development. Joel's extensive political experience includes serving as Senior Parliamentary Assistant at the House of Commons and managing successful election campaigns for the Conservative Party, notably achieving a significant majority in the 2015 General Election. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The Open University and a Bachelor of Science in Politics from the University of Kent.
