Rob Marx has over two decades of experience in the construction and building materials industry, currently serving as the Installation Department Manager at LaForce, Inc. since April 2011. In this role, Rob leads the department's operations to enhance efficiency and profitability while ensuring safety and customer service. Previous positions at LaForce include Install PM Manager and Sr. Contract Wood Door Purchaser, where responsibilities included managing teams and improving departmental systems. Earlier experience at Richco Structures involved customer relations and production work, facilitating a strong foundation in building components. Rob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and an Associate's degree in Architectural Technology from Madison Area Technical College.
