Karl-Olivier BROWN is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in intervention management and safety coordination. Currently serving as the Director of the Intervention Department at Flash Intervention since February 2021, responsibilities include planning and managing intervention crew deployments and overseeing a fleet of 30 vehicles across key regions in Côte d'Ivoire. Previously held roles include security coordinator for major corporations in the agro-food and banking sectors and a coordinator for security at TotalEnergies during the CAN event. With a solid background at the Préfecture de Police de Paris focused on organized crime investigations and high-profile security tasks, Karl-Olivier has developed specialized skills in various security operations and holds multiple firearms certifications. Educational qualifications include advanced police training and expertise in nuclear, biological, radiological, and chemical risks.
