Chiara C. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR transformation and operations across several industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and HR Transformation Manager at LACE Partners since August 2019, Chiara has a strong background in strategic HR initiatives, having previously worked as a Global HR Operations Relationship Manager at Pearson from September 2015 to July 2019. In this role, Chiara effectively facilitated HR project success by collaborating with legal, compliance, finance, and IT functions.
