Patrick Monette, M. Sc, CRHA, has extensive experience in organizational transformations and project management, primarily at Radio-Canada since May 2006, where roles have included Premier Directeur of Data and Archives and Mentor in Management for the INSPIRE mentorship program. Monette has overseen various initiatives, including the direction of digitization projects for audiovisual collections and the implementation of digital information management systems. Additional involvement includes leadership positions with the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés and FIAT/IFTA, alongside prior roles in logistics management at CAE and human resources at SAQ. Monette holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
