Hayden Jones is an experienced professional in digital commerce and marketing, currently serving as the Senior Digital Commerce Project Manager at KUIU since June 2018. In this role, Hayden specializes in creating personalized customer experiences across digital platforms and coordinates all project phases, from inception to post-launch assessment. Previously at KUIU, Hayden also functioned as the Digital Commerce Operations Project Manager and Marketing Operations Manager, overseeing social media, customer loyalty, and retail success initiatives. Hayden's experience includes an internship with the COO of KUIU and a consultation role at Sink Twice. Hayden holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained in 2018.
