Tim Piver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various companies in the outdoor and sports sectors. Currently, Tim serves as Co-Owner at Straight Up Strategies and Chief Operations Officer at Kryptek Outdoor Group. Prior roles include Sales Director for multiple brands at Western Power Sports, where responsibilities encompassed directing brand sales and developing sales management teams. Tim also held the position of Senior Product Manager at Bell Helmets, overseeing marketing strategies and product development. Experience extends to managing sales and marketing initiatives at Western Power Sports' Snow Division, as well as business development roles at Up North Sports and 509, Inc. Tim's early career includes serving as CEO of Big Bull Inc. and a SERE Instructor in the United States Air Force. Tim’s foundational roles include working as a Park Maintenance Worker for California State Parks.
