Beatrice Crippa

Head Of Strategic Marketing & Digital Transformation at Kering Eyewear

Beatrice Crippa began their work experience in 2003 as an intern at L'Arca Edizioni. Beatrice then worked as an intern at Fynanciera y Minera in 2006. In 2007, they worked as an intern at Accenture before becoming a Business Consultant at the same company in 2008. In 2010, Crippa joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant, later becoming a Consultant in 2012. In 2016, they transitioned to Kering Eyewear as the Head of Sales Excellence, then became the Head of Cartier Strategy in 2017. From 2018 to 2021, Crippa served as the Head of Strategic Marketing at Kering Eyewear. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Strategic Marketing & Digital Transformation at Kering Eyewear, starting in January 2022.

Beatrice Crippa completed their education with a Master of Science degree in General Management from Università Bocconi, between 2002 and 2007. Beatrice also attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2006. Prior to that, they attended Midland Secondary School in Ontario in 2000 and Rockford Manor in Dublin in 1998. Beatrice obtained a Diploma in Maturità classica from Collegio San Carlo in Milano.
