Clay Martin is a Senior Data Scientist at Jobcase, Inc. since July 2014, specializing in designing recommender systems to effectively connect individuals with appropriate jobs and companies as part of the Optimization team. Prior to this role, Clay served as a Research Analyst at the Metropolitan Area Planning Council from June 2012 to July 2014, where responsibilities included leading a health impact assessment for the U.S. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research Analyst at Data Driven Detroit from June 2010 to July 2012. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1999-2004) and a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Michigan (2009-2011).
