Rinat Kisin has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and inclusion initiatives, currently serving as Specialist in Inclusion & Belonging at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington since January 2021. Previously, Rinat worked as Program Officer at the Ruderman Family Foundation and as Inclusion Coordinator at the Jewish Federation of St. Louis. Earlier career roles include Director of the "Israeli House" Department at the Consulate General of Israel to the Midwest and Head of Public Relations and Applications Unit at the Disability Rights Commission in Israel. Rinat holds a master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Washington University in St. Louis and two degrees from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem: a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies and General Studies.
