Paul Harmon has worked in various roles since 1988. Paul began their career at BellSouth Telecommunications as a Project Manager and Process Reengineering Manager, and also served as a Call Center Supervisor for Residential & Small Business Sales and Service. In 1999, they moved to BellSouth International as Associate Director of Customer Operations, where they directed Latin American Customer Operation's business development and improvement. Paul then worked as an Independent Consultant from 2001 to 2009, where they directed residential home remodeling, conducted comprehensive residential home inspections, and taught Spanish programs to an archaeology field school in Bolivia for Harvard University. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Director of Student Services at Southeastern Institute, where they improved student and alumni job placement, taught business classes, and managed projects to ensure organizational results exceeded ACCSC national accreditation standards. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, Paul worked at International Logistics Solutions (ILS) as a Program Manager and Project Manager, where they created sophisticated project timelines for Lockheed Martin CONUS and OCONUS projects exceeding $100M, and led the effort to get ILS on GSA contract schedules. In 2013, Paul began working at Internetwork Engineering as a Senior Project Manager, managing Information Technology projects for a company that is a Cisco Gold Partner, also recognized by EMC, NetApp, VMware, and Microsoft as a Gold or equivalent partner. Paul has managed projects for hospitals and health care agencies, insurance industry, colleges and universities, government agencies, public school systems, and private and public corporations. Solutions are in the areas of Core, Security, Data Center, Wireless, Telephony, and Business Consulting.
Paul Harmon obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 1983 and 1988. Paul also holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
